MOU SIGNING CEREMONY BETWEEN THE UNIVERSITY OF MALAYA AND PANASONIC
KUALA LUMPUR, 17th August 2010
University of Malaya (UM) is in line with the Prime Ministers vision of establishing bilateral ties not only in the area of trade and investments but also in education by signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Panasonic. The MoU with Panasonic is to establish a bilateral relationship between prestigious higher institution in Malaysia with corporate institution in cooperation to nurture a new generation of graduates or “product” which equips with both skills and knowledge that suite the requirement of the current society and industrial world.
Apart from studying in University, this MoU will enable first year students to participate a three years training program held by Panasonic which provide field training and courses to those undergraduates who are excel in studies and interested in participate in the program.
